HIC Column

HIC Column separation material is prepared by bonding hydrophobic groups on the hydrophilic surface based on monodisperse polymer microspheres. HIC Column is a high-performance hydrophobic Column. Based on the hydrophobic mechanism under non-densification conditions, it is used for the separation and analysis of various biological molecules such as proteins.

The HIC series includes Hic-Butyl and Hic-phenyl, which offer different selectivity for different types of protein isolation.
