The AbSolut A and P*R*S A columns are consistent in terms of Blank peak shape, standard peak shape, sample peak shape, standard curve linearity, and quantification of known concentrations of standards and unknown concentrations of fermentation broth when tested with commonly used methods.

The AbSolut A column can accurately determine the concentration of samples under Method I conditions.

Compared with the P*R*S A column, the AbSolut A column showed a wider peak shape and lower peak height.
